First, use WD40 on the bearings in the rolers to free them up. Then, use a light weight oil like three in one oil, to oil the bearings.
Do the same thin for the roller stems that go in to the hinges. The roller stems should be free to motion in the hinge.
Also, whether your door has extension springs on both side, lubricate the bearings on all four pulleys in the same way.
Though if your door has the torsion type spring, lube the bearings at both end of the torsion tube, and the bearing at the tube support bracket (if accessable).
It is generally not necessary to grease the track in any way. If a roller is scraping on the subjectively track it is because the roller is bad or in need of lubrication.

with commonly light oil. For the rollers, same thin, but then equally force a little white paste lubriplate wherever their is real friction. It lasts a lot longer than oil JimL

I bought a small tube of Genie lube for the screw & apply sparingly annually. Also spray thin lube in to the roller sleeves & pivot points anualy.
