Hello,

The gutters on my townhome are starting to leak a little and I would like to replace them. I have included pictures below to show what I am talking about. Basically I have a downspout that runs from the gutter through my metal canpoy, through my porch slab, underneath of the slab in my storage room, and goes through the brick exterior wall of the porch where it runs off onto the sidewalk and into the alley. My downspout in not in bad condition but the elbow underneath the slab and the elbow going through the exterior brick have rusted away and are now leaking into the storage area. I really want to avoid running a new gutter through this storage room again. I would like to remove all the gutter from the storage room and patch the hole in the exterior wall. I am trying to avoid cutting and more holes in the metal canopy or anymore holes in the slab. Any input is appreciated.

Why not just move the downspout to the left corner of the elevation, wrap it just around the corner of the building when it gets to the awning, so it misses the porch & awning (thus preventing you from doing any cuts, then run it along the ground?
