I'm new to this area, and I got some questions.

Can you modify the ECU with a obd ii tool?
How can you do it and what are the requirements?

I've spent a good amount of time looking for some info on this with no apparent luck, could someone
enlighten me on this, or give some links for tutorials and what-not that I may have missed on this forum.

Any comment is appreciated, thanks!

serger I get by as I read and apply things. the reactive active sensor isn't yet my field of expertise, but reading the link I placed I find some very informative 'know-hows'.
Did you read it?

I have heard of the program and read about it, I do not exactly know how to set it up. there are so many variances it is quite confusing. what care do you want to use it for?

Well I must honestly admit that I am more an old-fashioned DIYer I do not understand too much in computer programs at all. But, perhaps this site is a bit helpful?
