Hello, I have a 94 Cutlass Ciera that is hard starting when cold and sitting for a while warm.

Try this when the car is hard to start or when cold - turn the ignition to the run spot for 10 seconds, then turn off the ignition off, and then back on for 10 sec, a few times, and then crank the engine, if it starts, then the problem is that the fuel pump is not holding pressure.
