Does anyone have any `experiences` with a Harman Kardon power supply type AP3211-UV? I don`t know what Harman Kardon product the power supply is used on - but it doesn`t seem to be suited to 230V input as both power supplies my client has have blown mains filter caps (100uF 400V). At 400V rating I`d say this is a bit to close to the peak AC value (230*1.414=325V), consequently, both units have blown their tops literally. The case is designed so tightly that another (physically larger) cap cannot be used as it and/or fouls neighbouring components or the case lid.

Last enough margin. Afterward the blew caps partially have probably been caused by overvoltage or a absurdly shorted rectifier. As well maybe a thunderstorm? In fact (Or somoene connecetd them across 2 phases maybe so they got 400V AC =)
