Have a ariens 1028 sno throw.sheer pin broke replaced it auger turns buy hand but won't turn when trying to throw snow back blade turns and shaft.thanks DAN

does the auger turn when engaged. if not it could be the pins are broken again or the gearcase is broke. is the impeller turning if not then its a belt.
