Big problems with my fiesta 1.1 single point injection

I took an engine from a 93 model and put in a 94 model.
Because the engine is exacly the same i did not take the computer of the 93 along. (big mistake)

The engine will turn over but the it won't start. If I keep on cranking it, fuel vapor will blow out of the carburator.
It seems to me that the it is injecting on the wrong moment.

-I checked the sparkpluges and they work great.
-I replaced the whole carburator with another one I had laying around,
-I checked the fuel pump
-Checked the computer for hard faults and memory faults
(code 11,11,2,11,11,1) There seem to be no errors
(See for yourself http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iGmSFmZMBmk )
-Replaced the Crank sensor with another one.
No result!
