Help with door closer problem?

Hi Folks,

I've had the following problem with an inner (Office) door for a while now and wonder would anyone have advice on how to solve it?
Main front door of office remains open throughout the day for customers and a secondary inner door has a closer attached which works fine throughout summer months.During the rest of the year however, any wind at all and the door will not close unless closer is set to max.Problem is when wind dies down the door slams shut and as top half is made of glass this really isn't an option as glass will smash...Anyone have any ideas to remedy this?
