I just put a new battery in my Honda Harmony, the gas is good, the plug is good, but when I try to turn it over it makes this whinning sound but nothing else. "Any ideas, do you think my starter is gone? Or is there something like a selenoid? Help, the leaves are pilling up!!!

Hi Ron welcome to the forum I'm glad you joined us.

Check out if the starter pawls are sticking.
