just purchessed a honda harmony II lawnmower. its hard to restart. the guy I got it from said if he emptys the bag and comes back it won't restart. but it will restart it i shut it off and restart it right away. he thinks the carb might be flooding. what you think.

well it started right up for me and restarted everytime so I don;t know how long hes been letting it sit. i only paid $5 for it
