My Honda Lawnmower has been outside and standing for about a year, and I recently discovered that it no longer starts.
I tried jumpstarting, check the plugs but nothing happens, it just clicks a bit when I try. Does anyone have any Ideas what the problem could be?

if the starter just clicks, try turning the engine by hand, if it turns, try jumping it again, and let it boost for about 5 min before trying to start it.

like toyotoa says. try turning it by hand. if the engine moves the jump it. if it still won't turn over then i say either the starter is bad or rusted.
