Next year, all TV signals will be digital and I only have antenna connection and will have to either get converters or new TV's. My question is how can I tell if a TV is digital if I am looking at a used set? I go to sales where TV;s are often sold and need to know if they are digital before I buy them. Is this displayed on the nameplate in some way?

ccrider, you can't (tell if a tv is digital or not). You must either see it in the manual or call the manufacturer to ask if has a digital tuner or not.
