I have a Model number 60PB5600-UA, tv has red standy light on until I turn tv on then it goes off but tv w/n come on no bad capacitors that I can see, main board has proper voltage a P600, the Y-SUS has correct volts at P130 as well as going to the buffers, the Z-SUS receives proper voltage from the power supply on P131 and sends the proper voltage to Y-SUS at P132, however the z board is brown but it is darker brown in some spots like it looks burnt and the voltage coming frome the z-sus to the buffers on P136 and P135 are 17.46 vdc on every pin, is it time for new Z-SUS board or could it be something else?

Looks like it's running hot-
Try this-

Disconnect connector to Z-Sustain Board, at Power Board side- Red Box-
Turn on TV.

Does green LED on your Logic Board flash, 1per second? In red box-

Also, with Z-Sustain disconnected, also disconnect white flex Cable that goes from Logic Board to both Y-Sustain and Z-Sustain Board. Use your fingernail to lift the brown clip.

Turn on TV.

"push the power button and standy light turns of"
Is that "turns off"
1 long flash, 1 short means the Logic Board is active-
So you have already disconnected the Upper and Lower Buffers from Y-Sustain Board?
Also-
In picture below-

Disconnect brown flex cables-
Pull clips, where arrows are towards side of panel. Lift gently an they will come out. Remember there are notches on flex cable, so they have to be lifted and pulled to release.
Turn on TV.

Does your relay click--Red box on Power Board

Also, disconnect all wire cables from Power Board, except for AC power cord going to Power Board.
Plug in TV. You should hear a click.
Now unplug TV.
You should hear 1 more click.

When you plug it in, you should hear a click, and then a click after you unplug the power cord. If you get a quick click, when you unplug the TV then your board is no good.
So it looks like the Power Board is good.
Ok so you have checked voltages at Y, Z and Power Board to be good. Logic Board green LED turns on.
Lets just hookup Power Board and Main Board by themselves, with IR Sensor and button Board still hooked up to Main Board.
Turn on TV.

Hello, the volts from z sus to strips is only 17 vdc also i found a burnt C975 on the buffer board do u think that component being burnt could cause the whole tv to not work even with the y sus disconnected.
I uploaded a couple pictures, first is burnt component on buffer from y sus, second is where i am getting the 17 vdc on zsus

I think you have more than 1 problem. Did you by chance have a power Surge?
Picture-

Disconnect both blue boxes. Power Board side and Main Board side.
