If you take apart the handle, you should be able to remove the switch, there are a variety of suppliers of more common switches such as these, important will be to match not only the exterior dimensions, but also the current handling capabilities.
Chicago electric constantly varies components based on parts pricing and availability. It's hard to predict what'll be inside! your best bet is going to be to pull it out and order based on the standard information (rating, pole, type, etc.) printed on the switch itself... I hope it isn't printed in chinese!
