I painted an outside door that is metal but is wood grained to look like wood with Kilz. The door was white. Then I covered the kilz with a regular semi gloss (Olympic). This was several years ago. It is still sticky. I don't want to strip the door. I tried some sanding, but the paint rolled up into gummy balls. This is the second time I have used this brand of paint and it is still sticky also. Do you have an answer?
