I replaced a cartridge on my single handle tub faucet. Since I did this, when I pull the handle out to turn the water on and then I let go to let it run to fill the tub, the handle slowly pulls back toward the wall and slows the flow of water, almost stopping the flow because it's almost in the off position. HELP
