I work for a non profit housing provider in Anchorage, AK and we are trying to find some ways to reduce our utility costs. It has been suggested that we install programmable thermostats in our apartments. I seem to remember reading somewhere that they do not work efficiently with hydronic baseboard heating systems. Can anyone confirm or deny this?
