I Recently Had my JVC TV Fixed and It has thin white horizontal lines across the top of the screen could someone please help me.

sounds like they could be retrace lines.sometimes when you replace the flyback transformer or pictube the screen voltage needs to be adjusted.sometimes the tech does not let the t.v. warm up enough before its adjusted.

how do i adjust the flyback transformer voltage. where would i find it?

you turn the brightness and contrast down to half way in the menu.then you put the t.v. on a blank video input then turn the screen control on the flyback transformer just till the pic gets brite then turn the screen control down so the screen is black that sets the screen control.
