Our Kenmore begins to fill with water but when the hot water gets hot everything stops. This is only a few seconds into the process. Any suggestions would be appreciated. I have cleaned both water lines. Thanks

that's a weird problem. is this a top load or front load. im guessing top given the model. im thinking its a sensor problem.
