We have a Kenmore Gas Dryer (Model 110.87475120) that has quit drying. I dropped the front panel and started it. The (lack for better words) "flame" comes on and stays lit for only a few seconds and then goes out, not to come back on. My wife told me that it seemed to her that it has been taken a little longer each tme to dry a load. I am pretty handy so I thought I would pose the question: what do I look for. Could it be a thermal fuse/couple, timer, etc. Any and all advice is greatly appreciated.

in my 31yrs of experience in tv/appliances repair this one appliance i do not recommend the general public to attempt to do.gas dryers are potentually dangerious and can cause a fire in seconds. for legeal reasons (and is to not a good idea for diyforums.net), not to recommend any repair ideas.so with that said i suggest you call a appliance repair center in your area or have sears service repair this machine.unless you know what your doing you can get in real trouble in a hurry.
