Hi,

I have a Badger 5 (model # 5-81) garbage disposal.
The discharge tube has somehow got disconnected from the garbage disposal and hence it is leaking (a lot).

The manual is available at http://www.bosaproperties.com/media/...SINKERATOR.pdf
See page # 5 figure 11-1.

In my case, the metal flange (Item A) and the gasket (item C) are still connected to the garbage disposal. However, the discharge tube (item is not connected to the garbage disposal. The metal flange (A) simply slides over the tube (.

I was hoping that I would be able to somehow get the flange on the tube in such a way that when I do screw in the flange the tube will stay put. However the tube has no way to hold the flange (and hence it slips).
>> Any idea how I can fix it?

This was working from the last year since the time we moved into this house.

Thanks,
Leaky Flange/tube
