I have a lennox furnace G24M and the Blower motor cuts in and out. The motor has been replaced maybe 2-3 years ago. I cleaned the flame sensor and it worked for a couple days - then it stopped again. The furnace goes through the sequence of starting, flame starts then after a period of time since the blower doesn't start - it cuts out and starts over again. I do get a 4 blinking light code on the board.....

Anyone have any suggestions???

TIA!!

Hi prried, welcome to the forum.

I will get back to you on this.

there must be a problem with pressure of sorts, but I still have to look deeper into that.

Thanks Jeffie, I have come up with a "workaround" I found that if I trip the reset switch I can get the blower motor to start - for at least one cycle....

Have you tried replacing the capacitor. There might be a problem with overheating here in where the capacitor operates faulty and is the cause of your problem with the blower...

No, I have not tried that yet, I have not been able to get the workaround to work the last couple nights, I get the blower motor to start but it cuts out a minute into the heating cycle. I will try the capacitor and see how that works...

Thanks!!!
