My Dodges cooling fans dont turn off, and I was wondering if it could be because of my relay?
I would like to fix this myself so any advice would be appreciated.

theirs a switch stuck either on radiator or on block near thremostst.all switches and sensors are operating function relation to ground the current is diapated through the device to save the life of the controlling device.12v is turn on and off by key switch.you are correct the relay has 12v on one side but the ground side is turned on and off.fuel injectors red wire has 12v but the ecm turns on and off ground through a switching transistor or a feild effect transistor or a scr.fuel pump is live 12v through a relay which is controled by ignition module but controlled down to low as 5v depending on engine load and fuel demand by the driver.but the controlling deve still operates in relation to ground.I am 62yrs old been in eletronic since i was 14yrs old built my first tv station when i was 16.so 40 some odd years also includes avaition flight trainers with grumman air craft.singer link flight trainers and early design driver trainers.work in automotive electronics last 10 yrs.12v is the supply ground is the controlled side lets go fot tit for tat.i think i am ahead of you on this.I have been in this field a long time i forgot more in this subject then you will ever know.I also help design skysorky helocopters circuit boards on 1987 models for flight controls.sensors and switches control devices were on ground side of circuit.
