I have a screeching noise-start today, from parked with wheels turned to the right. I started it, and it made this sound like when you engage the starter on a running car. I shut it off, waited a minute, and started it again, and it didn't do it then, but now it does it when I turn right. It doesn't do it when its driving straight, or turning to the left, just to the right, and gets worse the farther to the right I turn. At a dead stop with the wheels straight it doesn't do it, and it doesn't do it in park if I turn them all the way to the right, except the first time I noticed it.

I took some pics, left wheel (fine) and right wheel.

Greetings Althea,

Sounds like it's the Power Stearing Belt to me.

Might check and tighten it up.

Have a good Day !
