I have a Mitsubishi vs-4552 projection tv that will not power up. When I turn it on, there is a relay click, but no picture or sound. For a few weeks, the tv would behave the same, but eventually would work normal for a few days before exhibiting the symptoms again.
This might sound totally unrelated and mysterious but I had that same problem a few years ago with another t.v. brand and when we changed the remote control the problem was fixed
