Does anyone know why this would be??????

Could be the coolant is low, could be the water pump is worn out, could be the coolant is fouled (w/ like oil), or it could be clogged passages in the engine block is preventing proper flow.

Does it overheat when driving normally? if not then I would suspect the water pump first and foremost
