Now do you mean that the fan comes on and blows cold air.
The fan should not come on before the flame.
The fan blows cold air cause the settings on the fan control switch, and the switch should have two settings, one for turning the fan on at a certain temp, and one for turning the fan off when the temp dipps to much.
Ok there is several different fan control switches out there, and even elecronic boards, and 95% can be adjusted, either by a small screw ot lever with temp #'s.
And do not just find the first one that has temp #'s on it, some times there is two switches, one for the flame and one for the fan.
