my electric furnace comes on but blows cold air until it warms up. how would i adjust it so that the blower doesn't come on until the air in the furnace is warm?

i think you might need a pro at this. it could be the circuit board problem.

the fan on the furnace is set to come on at a certain temp, it is set too low.

You need to find the thermostat for that on the furnace and change the temp. If you have a manual look in there.
