Ariens 724 fuel line off

I have an ariens 724 and the I noticed that when I try to prime nothing happends.
I releaized that the fuel line is somehow off. I cannot see how to take it apart to get to where the fuel lin eis. The gas tank sits on top and obstructs access to the insode..

Any help?

this a 2 stage. there should be a bracket holding the tank. remove the bolts and the tank should come loose. also remove the heater box that covers the carb and see if all lines are attached. if so then the carb needs cleaning or rebuilding or the primer needs replacing.
