The creator of Grand Designs and Property Ladder is now developing a new prime time (6x1hr) property series for Channel 4.
Are you thinking of, or currently renovating your home? Have you come across problems with your property since starting renovations? Or maybe you are renovating because of issues with your home? Could you do with some expert assistance?
Our programme is looking for beautiful homes that are starting to fall apart. We hope to highlight the many problems that people face when their properties start to crumble or bad construction takes its toll. For example, homes that have been damaged by flooding, collapsed ceilings, major cracks, dry rot, subsidence or just the ravages of time.
Our team of experts will use the latest technology and hi-tech gadgets to investigate people’s houses, examining the main structure to uncover the problems and looking at ways they can be solved.
We are hoping to find properties old and new with extreme problems and great stories to tell. During the programme there'll be loads of tips and advice to help others avoid similar situations.
