Hi. Does anyone know what could be going on? I live in a upstairs unit of a condo complex. Yesterday I noticed that when I tried to turn on the hot water in our hallway sink and washer, nothing comes out.....but cold water does work. Hot and cold water works in our bathroom and kitchen. I've been told this could be a frozen pipe or a broken water heater valve. Any suggestions?

Yes sounds like a frozen line.. leave the faucet slightly open so when it does thaw the water can start to flow

could be frozen or there is a valve that was shut off accidently
