I HAVE A 1991 HONDA ACCORD AND THERE IS NO SPARK TO THE PLUGS. I HAVE REPLACED THE CAP, ROTOR, PLUGS, WIRES AND IGNITION CONTROL MODULE BUT NO LUCK. ANY IDEAS? THANKS!

Did you do this according to a plug wiring diagram?

Red wires on fuel injectors is hot from key switch use a test light turn on/off key to see if voltage is present or not if is present then fuses are not blown to that system. sounds like hall effect pick up inside distrubor is not sending a square wave to ignition module. need scope to see this wave form. older volt/ohm ANALOGS ONLY, meters B@K AND OLDER RCA S had a peak to peak in put that could measure this about 8 to 10 peak to peak vlotage wave form VOLTS not D/C VOLTAGE
