I am making 2 small tables to go either side of my bed. The drawings I have call for some small sheets of mahogany faced MDF. I dont want to buy a large sheet of this as most of it will be cluttering up my shed.
Does anyone know of a supplier who will sell me sheets about 2 feet square which would be convenient for me to cut to the sizes I need.
Thanks

Abberley welcome to the forum Where are you located? i would look into the yellow pages of my area if I were you. If you can't find any supplier there let me know and I will try to find one online

Jeffie thanks for quick reply, I live in Worcestershire, I have been given the address of a timber supplier but I have not been to see them yet. If it proves they are not able to supply small quantities, then I shall come back to you
Thanks

Jeffie had no success with my search for faced mdf, but have now decided to buy half a sheet of 19mm mdf, my local diy shop will do this for me, and then obtain 0.6mm sheets of veneer and evostik them to the precut mdf.
all of the suppliers of faced board on the internet,(that I could find anyway) were only interested in selling full sheets (8x4). A bit more work but thats what hobbies are about.
Cheers and thanks

Abberley, I'm so sorry. I don't know how I could have looked over your posting of the 4th. Practically that's impossible. I'm puzzled
But, I'm glad you found a solution to this. Indeed, some more work to do, but like you wrote, all the more satisfaction when finished

Good luck!
