Washer Dryer is installed on a narrowboat and is run off a 2000 watt pure sine wave invertor.
The Washer Dryer fails occassionaly when on Invertor power. The error code (f01)indicates a Triac failure. The failures occur at differrent parts of the cycle and at differrent loads. The problem never occurs when spinning which is when the washer draws maximum power. As all washes are done on cold setting no power is used for heating the water. The washer never fails when attached to shore power. All other devices connected to invertor power work correctly.
I have adjusted the output voltage of the invertor to 240 Volts which is line with the shore supply. This is slightly higher than the default output of 230 Volts. This did seem to reduce the incidence of failures.
