Odd shaped windows what to do with them

Here's the problem. In my front room I have windows that open and above them windows that are for extra light to come in that do not open. I hate the windows that do not open I want to do something with them but don't know what or how. I can not put up curtains because they are a strange shape. The window follows the ceiling line, which is cathedral. I thought of etching or faux stained glass but I wanted some more suggestions.
