Easy. Go back ASAP(!!) and have them completely drain the brake system, clean it out, and replace EVERY seal in your ENTIRE brake system.
If the vehicle was still under warranty, it isn't any longer.
To be honest though, I wouldn't want to take my car back there again... discuss it with the manager and see if he will find somebody else to do the repairs. He OF COURSE will foot the bill.
Exposure to mineral oil causes brake seals to expand (within 4hrs), and soften up, after about 48 hours, the rubber can become so soft it just falls apart under pressure...
Just because they haven't failed yet, doesn't mean they won't, and won't soon. The rubber on brake systems is a special type that is designed to remain flexible and pliant even under extreme pressure, and heat ranges. the rubber DOESN't mix w/ mineral oils. Period. (DOT 3 brake fluid is glycol based, and Dot 5 is silicone based).
I'm totally amazed they admitted to putting oil in the brake system. It's gross negligence... That kind of mistake gets people dead. They shouldn't have even given you back the car!, they should have just fixed it...
Take it back (or safer, tow it back)... now!
