When my wife and I are renovating, we often find ourselves running out of energy in the middle of a painting project. She came up with the idea of wrapping the paint rollers (remove them from the handles) and brushes in Saran Wrap and tossing them in the freezer. When you are ready to start again, just pull them out of the freezer and they will thaw in a matter of minutes. Just pull off the plastic wrap, stick the roller back on a handle, or the paint brush back in the paint can, and you are ready for another day of painting! The brushes and rollers will keep in the freezer indefinitely.
