I have a panasonic PV-GS14 miniDV camcorder. It won't power on with a freshly charged battery or AC plugged in. Any help?

sorry very few people own these i personnaly have not seen one these are new to the market.either you will have to go to web site or send it to panasonic.or call customer service repair center and see if they can advise you what to do.
