Philips 19" LCD model number 19PFL5422D/27
I sent this tv out to the service company and they replaced all the capacitors:
16v 1000UF
16v 330MF CAP
Capacitor 26V 470UF
Upon receiving the TV, the tv will make a crackling noise when it is powered, then the volume icon and a channel number will appear, and then the tv is black. Volume, check. Channels changing, check. Picture, no. and no access to menus.
if there is a way to fix this so I am not without my TV for another 15 days (!!!) would be grateful

I have tried searching for service codes, none I have found worked.
The service company said the tv was "plugged in and working for almost an entire day" before they sent it back out.
