please help me I replaced my heater element in whirlpool stackable #LT7000xvwo andstill not heating ..did I hook it up backwards I am a woman with just enough knowledge to get me in trouble ..someone please help me

get a continuity meter and check that the coil is not broken also check to see if there is voltage at the wires. becarefull.
