Hi All
I just replaced two of my older toilets with two new ones, with 13 litre tanks. The problem is that they don't flush well. The water spins around but doesn't flush in all the way. I know for a fact the the pipes aren't clogged. Does anyone have any idea what the problem could be?

are the vent pipes clogged. there on the roof.
