I have this tv in a motorhome and it worked fine last year when I put it in storage. Now I get a snowy picture and sound on all channels. I tryed playing a video throught the video in puts on the back of the tv and that works but can not feed any tv channels. I moved the tv in our home and connected to cable and have the same issues. I'm thing the tuner is defective. Can the-is be fixed and how much? The cabinet in the motorhome is built around the TV and it would be very difficult to install a different TV. Any suggestions??

most likely it is the tuner.if you have a vcr around you can use that tuner to get your channels.rca with the ctc chassis 177 and 187 were famous for the on board tuner going bad lots of bad connections.sometimes repairing them cost as much as a new t.v. most people have a vcr around the house ther not using wont cost anything to hook up and auto program.
