Hi, I am hoping someone can help us. We have this 35inch RCA F35317 or inside the cover it says CTC203 Anywhoo. We had this sporadic issue with no picture.. it would take a while then all of a sudden come on. Sound no problem. All of a sudden....no picture. Have done the usual troubleshooting ie.. cable, fuse, etc.. Nothing. Fuse is good. Cant see anything loose etc. Bulb does not look blown ( if that is of any value) Can anyone help a couple of layman tv owners, trying to fix this big thing by ourselves?

Hi Chris, welcome to the forum

I am not all that savvy with this issue but I read that perhaps doing a reset might be of help.

like what, you need to have two meters one analog one ditigal to test optical couplers and o-scope just to name a few. rca is not easy to work on unless you know the theroy of the beast.
