My rca flat screen tv will not come on. When you turn on the tv the power light come's on But all you hear is a poping noise an the screen is blank. What is wrong with my tv

popping noise is usally a capacitor with a hole in the side of it you may be able to see it.

fix: change caps.
their are no servicable parts in this tv. this requires a tv shop. if you do not understand tv i do not recommend you try it.
