Have an older RCA CTC203 model. Can not get channels 2-6. Looks like there were all kind of problems with this model. All channels above 6 work fine. Is there a quick fix for this or does it need to be recycled! Would like to use tv for the kids to watch movies on, but can't tune it to 3 or 4.
