I NEED HELP FIXING MY TV RCA MODEL #32V434T CHASSIS #ATCO1OA YEAR OF TV IS A 2007 WHEN YOU TURN TV THE TV POWER LIGHT JUST BLINKS ON AND OFF TV HAS NO SHORT CHECKED THE HORIZOUTPUT TRANS AND ITS GOOD CAN IT BE THE FLYBACK //IF YOU KNOW YOU'LL CAN EMAIL ME AT

hiI fixed my sister in laws t.v rca 32 inch from walmart last year sounds like the same model number.made in china rca now a days are not that good.piece of crap in my opinion.yes I had to replace the horiz output and flyback.flyback were on back order for 6 months.the good news is it is fixed and still running.if im not mistaken her set was dead no lights no nothing.usually when you plug a set in and dont touch any buttons and the led is flashing it means the set is in shut down.these sets are hard to fix if it is not a h.o. or transformer even for guys with 25 years t.v. exp.I myself dont waste time or money on them anymore good luck
