plastic paint bucket I filled about 2/3 with builders sand, then I poured a quart of the cheapest motor oil I could buy into the sand. When I got done I would just shove the shovels, trowels, etc into the sand a few times, rap it on the edge, all clean and instant rust preventative, hang them up and you`re done. This one bucket was good for a lot of years, it`s inexpensive and it works well.

Spray the tools with Silicone spray. The dirt do not stick & can be quickly washed off with a mild hose spray.

The neat thing about free speech, conceivably practiced properly, is which *every one* gets to briefly do it.
The invisible and the non-existent look very much alike.
