L5K IS JUST BOARD LOCATION REFERENCE FOR REPAIR TECH SO YOU DO NOT WASTE TIME LOOKING SAME NUMBER IS ON BOARD.

THE REASON I DID NOT ANSWER YOUR LAST QUESTION I WAS DO MORE RESEARCH ON TRANSISTOR ID.

YOU PHOTO OF YOUR SCHREEN SHOW MONITOR IS RED THIS IS NOT CAUSED BY THE GAME CONSOLE. I WOULD CHECK CRT. WITH A CHECKER AND THE CRT VIDEO BOARD PLUGED ON THE CRT.EITHER A CRT IS BAD OR VIDEO DRIVER TRANSISTOR SHORTED YOU NEED A TRANSISTOR CHECKER AND CRT CHECKER TO CHECK THESE ITEMS ARE IN CRT CABINET.

OR PLUG GAME INTO A KNOWN GOOD MONITOR AND SEE IF IT CLEARS UP.REGULAR TV WITH AUDIO/VIDEO INPUTS SHOULD WORK.

I KNOW WHAT IS A CRT: (CATHODE RAY TUBE) OR PICTURE TUBE IN PLAIN ENGLISH.
