Hi.

My son and I are working on a project for his class. What I would like to do is to somehow hook up a battery (maybe 9volt) to a digital timer so that the power from the battery will turn a small hobby motor at a specific time of day.

I have looked on the internet for such a timer and have not had any luck. I am handy to a point (could build something not involved) but was hoping that someone out there might have some ideas.

Thanks for any suggestions.

Jack.

Hi Jack, welcome to the forum

Perhaps a regular timer bought in the shop would do when not sticking it in a power outlet but connecting it to the battery?
