That is a tough one, when you first turn the ignition on, does the service engine soon light come on?
It sound like a ECU problem.
And have you changed the parts you listed ot tested?
How do you drain out the gas of a snow thrower if it will not start and you want to take it in for service? There is no plug on it and I cannot find any gas suction device to get the gas out.
